The staff were professional and competent. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel has a perfect location near Old Town Scottsdale, a pretty and interesting area for shopping and history. Breakfast food was outstanding, loved it.

The location is great and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of everywhere. The check-in process was friendly, and they even offered a late check-out. The staff are friendly too.
